The Fiori Bolla Vase is made from shaping molten glass into a round form which is then mouth blown into an iron mold to produce well-defined ribs or coste.

Making the Cylinder Vase using the ancient incamiciato or overlaying technique, where a layer of lattimo (milky) glass is fused with a layer of transparent coloured glass. The production of incamiciato or cased glass flourished in the early 1900s with designers such as Carlo Scarpa and Tomaso Buzzi.
